My Choice?

The first time I saw this over hyped “Deepika Padukone’s – My Choice” video, I felt – kya chutiyapan hai yaar. Kuch bhi bakvas kehdo aur “Women empowerment” label lagado. For cheap publicity. Such a shame.

Brains??
Didn’t even apply their brain? What if men start saying the same?
Sex outside marriage – My Choice.
Drink and slap you – My Choice.
I love you or I love your friend or both – My Choice.

The other way around – Think in the name of equality!
What if the same stupid ‘My Choice’ video was made by a guy?
So many feminists, sickulars, media pigs would have started drama already 24×7 🙂 (I call it Drama in comparison to the reaction to Deepikas video. Otherwise yes, it’s an issue.)

SEX aur shohrat
Aur ye SEX ka kya laga dala hai yaar ye log. Khub advantage le rahe hai. There is nothing about WOMEN EMPOWERMENT in this video. SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX ..package it in different format, sell it and make money in a way that’s not visible to everyone!

Serious Issue For So Many People!
‘Sex outside marriage, right!’ – bhai ye to national problem hai na, economy, flood, food stamp bills, honest IAS officer being killed, arms bill, border issues etc ko to bad mai dekhlenge. Chalta hai, right?

Are, Sex ko sadak pe bhi karsakte hai log – it’s NOT always YOUR CHOICE.

This video was made for women in villages?
IIN se ho kya? Village, angrazi and internet? – Feels like even Modi haters are sure he’ll bring change soon 🙂

My Country, My Love
Oh My God, I don’t know where My country is going?
Please make sure who you follow. Be safe. Don’t be fooled by such cheap publicity stunts.

Deepika, this is nonsense.
Love temporarily or lust forever?
Men have finger rings too and it can also be changed Deepika, for your information. Forgot it?
‘Your baby’ ..I thought it’s OURS all these days! Now the real question starts, about YOUR CHOICE.
And wait, guys pleasure can also become your pain. Hope you don’t mind – if you have one, btw.

“Don’t be upset if I come home at 4am.
Don’t be fooled if I come home at 6pm.”
If no one cares about you, then what’s the use of love and care for each other? You mean, you can come home anytime and nobody should ask you about your choice? If you are not yet home, at late night, nobody should be worried about your journey or your safety?

Now don’t tell me, it’s only about taking your own decisions etc. Don’t be so selfish – your relationships wouldn’t last long this way. There is something called responsibility for both men and women. We can’t always say and go by ‘My Choice’. Responsibility, love, care and sacrifice for each other creates happy relationships.

Deepika, Vogue India – with these lines, I can confidently tell you. Stop this nonsense. It’s not your choice. These kind of stupidity are being watched even by teenagers. For God’s sake, don’t spoil their minds with your stupid thoughts.

Deepika, I’ve tips for you about Women Empowerment
There are so many people who are deprived of so many basic things. Go help them. Help build proper sanitation. Try educating them about their body or whatever good you know – I’m sure, as a human being everybody will have valuable things to give back. There are families who can’t afford to send their girl child to school, extend your help. Help women entrepreneurs. There are rape victims who are still under depression, try to do something to bring them back. There are women in old age homes. There are women on streets who do not have proper clothing and proper shelter. Get out of your AC car sometime and look at other women in real. There are so many ways if you really even care about women empowerment. Keep your dramas to cinemas, do not extend it to real issues that our society faces. I promise you, these are serious issues to normal people like us. Really.

You can even not care about Women Empowerment and keep yourself away from it. Not a problem – it’s clearly YOUR CHOICE. But misleading people of my country and doing it as if you are someone great and needs to be followed – will not be allowed – it’s NOT YOUR CHOICE. We, the people of this country, won’t let you choose it. Sure enough. [You have Europe – YOUR CHOICE!]

Controversial – pardon me
Vogue is an European brand. This ‘My Choice’ video is Vogue India’s social awareness initiative #VogueEmpower. They are a fashion brand and they objectify women. Check their website and you’ll be shocked to see their women objectification everywhere. Vogue needs to make better choices now. Did you watch BBC(European) documentary? India’s Daughter? I know, some of you got into defensive mode now. Let me make my point first. I know, the documentary brought out sick mentality of rapists and the lawyer etc. But then, look at the intention. They are using Huge Indian market to profit from it. I completely agree the fact that, whatever maybe their Moto, we got to know the dark reality. I completely agree with that. Then Vogue tried similar thing and failed. These foreign brands are so good at their works. They do market research, analyze and then invest (for returns – profit – huge profit). They know us very well by now. What kind of things WE share on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp etc. They can get the REAL data. They(media experts) study it and then make these materials/videos. It’s their profession. But being smart Indians – (yes Indians are recognized by their intelligence/smartness), please be mature enough to separate the fake things. Don’t jump and share anything which has star cast you like. Point to be noted, Deepika has a movie coming up. These are lined up professionally, and not accidental.

Empowering Bollywood Item numbers

Do item numbers in all Bollywood movies and talk about your cleavage, create more hype and then advice or even try to force someone not to be sexist. I know it’s your choice. But then, whosoever talks whatsoever they want, is THEIR CHOICE!

Feminism
It’s about equality. Not creating more problems by trying to achieve supremacy – for any gender.

Madhuri Dixit for #VogueEmpower #StartWithTheBoys

Well this was hilariously stupid too. It looks like empowering men, and then shows double standards at the end!

Men – The Forgotten Gender – by Deepika Bhardwaj

^ Must watch

RAPE
One common thing I observed is, some start talking about RAPE immediately when people oppose such pointless videos. Come one, not all men are rapist, and not all women are sluts. Get it?

Real Men
I was disappointed with the video, as it’s misleading at so many levels. Young boys and girls watching it would get influenced by these nonsense video. Some might even develop anger over women or men (gender bias) and start making it men v/s women too – have seen this happen with some people already. That’s a bad thing.

Let’s be mature. Your choice of sleeping with other man surly won’t make a great choice!

Being a responsible human being:
I would love my wife(my love) till my last breath.
I would not even think of having an affair with other women.
I would love you the same(or even more) when you are pregnant.
It’s OUR baby, I would take care of it as I take care of you and vice versa.
I would make sure to provide a life and lifestyle you deserve.
I would love your parents, like I love my parents.
I would treat your siblings like my siblings.
I would respect your choice of going for a job or not going for it.
I would trust you and not spy on you while you are at your job.
I wouldn’t force you to have sex when you don’t want to.
I would try my best to understand you and cooperate with you while you are suffering from periods.
I wouldn’t hide or delete text messages or emails or DMs PMs etc. I would keep my conversation with others transparent with you.
I wouldn’t seduce any other women and then call it her mistake for proposing me. – No Room For Unwanted Drama In Relationship.
I wouldn’t stand and stare a women show off her cleavage(intentionally or unintentionally) – I would mind my own business.
I would give preference to our family and won’t ignore it in my busy works.
I would stay honest to you till my last breath.
We will have a sweet relationship we will be proud of.

Together We Win
There is no point in making it MEN v/s WOMEN. We must fight for good cause together. United we stand, divided we fall.

SATISH
